Coaching is a skilful methodology for developing self and others so that the leader is more effective and fulfilled. It involves the development of increasing competence in the person being coached. One of the key ways in which this is done is through enabling a coachee to notice how their 'way of being' enhances or hinders what they want to accomplish.
My Approach to Coaching
In today's world people are faced with daily work and personal challenges and struggling to find a balance between their work and personal life.
The integral approach explores all the constitutive elements of being human: spiritual; cognitive; emotional; relational and somatic. Rather than simply staying on the level of a client's behaviours and actions, it moves to the core of each person's way of seeing their world and its challenges.
My role as an Integral Coach is to guide my client on a path of personal development by being fully present and witnessing and reflecting back to them their way of being in the world.
A successful coaching outcome is when clients become unstuck from the assumptions that have locked them into seeing the world in certain way and they are released to explore new and different ways of encountering their lives.
