Booking process

When should I book?

Establishments on Central Reservations reply to your accommodation enquiries with quotes detailing price and availability.

Establishments are not obliged to hold these rooms for you and can quote other customers for the same travel dates. We advise our customers to make their booking as soon as possible upon hearing back from the establishment to ensure there is still availability.

Once you have selected your room/s of preference, and accepted the quotation the Establishment will send a booking confirmation message.

How do I make a booking?

Once you have accepted the quotation from the Establishment, you can make a booking.

You will receive an email with a "book now" button to complete the booking process. You are required to pay a deposit to secure your booking and the remainder of the amount on your arrival / departure at the establishment.

Once you have completed the booking process, the establishment is notified via email and asked to confirm your booking - this is required as although the establishment had available rooms at the time of replying to you, the room may no longer be available if too much time has elapsed since their reply. In the vast majority of instances availability is confirmed by the establishment.

How does payment work?

Establishments on Central Reservations require an upfront deposit to secure the booking. Deposits vary from 30% to 100% of the total price.

The balance of your booking is payable on arrival/departure to the establishment directly (unless otherwise stated by the establishment).
