Commencement of EIA Regulations 2010, published in Government Notice No R 543 on 18 June 2010, determine that the said regulations shall take effect on 2 August 2010. Listing Notice 1 (GN R 544) listing Notice 2 (GN R 545) and Listing Notice 3 (GN R 546) as published on 18 June 2010, under the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA).
